Application:

Ocean depth simulation test machine is used for testing the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated marine environmental climatic conditions.

Features:

• The equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
• The sealing ring adopts a special silicone tetrafluoroethylene rubber sealing ring, and a spare sealing ring is provided.
• All electronic control components are imported from brands such as LS, Panasonic, and Omron, and the touch screen uses a true color 7-inch screen.
• Touch screen control can record the test status, and can be equipped with a temperature control system to display and record the current pressure and water temperature.
• The pressurization method is water injection pressurization, and the test pressure can be simulated up to 120 meters. The equipment is equipped with a pressure relief valve (mechanical).
• The pressure sensor is used to detect the test pressure, which has a pressure stabilizing effect; if the pressure in the tank exceeds the specified pressure, the safety valve automatically opens to drain and release the pressure.
• It has an emergency stop operation key control (automatically releases pressure to 0m after pressing the emergency stop).
• Supports two test modes, and users can choose according to test needs:

  A.Standard test: The water pressure value and test time can be set directly. When the water pressure in the tank reaches this value, the timing test starts. An alarm prompts after the test.

  B.Programmable test: 5 test modes can be set. Just select one mode and press the start button. Each mode can be divided into 5 consecutive test stages. The working time and pressure value can be set independently for each stage. (The number of cycle tests can be set in this mode).
